In Italy is free. You pay for it if you dont have prescription, and even than you can deduct it in your next year pay taxes

It's "macchHiato" :) italian CC is english CH sound (mocha, chocolate...) italian CH is english hard C sound (Colonel, Corporate...) italian CCH is english K sound (Korn, Kernel....)

Yes it's correct. Nowadays we all know what a "latte" is, evryone under 35 knows at least, so if you barman is under 35 they probabily clarify for you, over 35 they'll serve you a glass of milk and that's it

I would have never thought about doing that. It would remind me of just sticking a fork in a piece of meat upwards, and that's terribly rude (rhough no religious offense) inGermany, too

This might be a dumb question, but is it true that if you go to Italy (and you're not a native Italian) and order a latte that you'll just get a cup of milk?
