Change the water every day and wash the bowl in between! Good grief! People wouldn't drink from a glass of water that's been standing around!
Just get a ceramic or metal bowl, and wash it regularly. Wash the food bowl, too!

I'm not sure where she is these days, but I do know the agency did go bankrupt a few years back and closed its doors for good.
