Jessica is an author and poet, a recipient of the World Fantasy Award, ReaderCon Certificate, and Lambda Award. She lives in an Edwardian tumble-down on a hillside overlooking Sinclair Inlet off Puget Sound, with her wife, artist and potter Rhonda Boothe. They were married on the Squamish Reservation on the very first day it was legal in their state, ahead of federal marriage rights, and who could've thought it could happen.
