Yup. Hey people, NON-PENETRATIVE/PENAL SEX IS STILL RAPE. Forcible kissing is sexual assault. Repeated, unrelenting requests to go on a date is sexual harassment. There is NO grey area in sexual assault.

I'm interested to hear the source of this claim. Here in CA, if a police officer or correctional officer are charged with domestic violence, they are fired. I don't believe your statistic is correct.
