Nope. (1) Imagine the insects, small rodents, and possibly bigger animals. (2) Dead leaves, branches, etc -- almost certainly made worse by the tree being enclosed. (3) If there's not mold and mildew from dampness, there's the possibility of a super-fire hazard.
