Well, that's just it. So ial media HAS changed everything, & unfortunately not always for the good. BUT one thing I can think of as good, is that due to sites like FB...we have friends from not only other time zones, but other entire countries...& we love them & care about them, as if they truly were right next door. The BAD side, of course, is the ppl out there, who, like the customer in the story, they not only let ppl have it in real life, but also post their rantings online. I recently saw something on TV about social media is declining.Well, it's declining because of all the Karen's & Kevin's out there in the world who think higher of their own opinion than they do their fellow human beings welfare.
