Gautier has a constant necessity to be in movement. Both physically and creatively the artist has to be on the move. Born in west of France, this bored panda went to live and work in Paris where she took her first drawing class and met other artists. Little she knew that 10 years later she would be living in the Atlanta, USA. This bored panda experimented with different brushes and funny tools. This female creature loved being expressionist and colorful. She loved gestural painting. It was all natural for her to try painting with bamboo of course. She became very fond of calligraffiti and Asian-like minimalist expression. This was for a while her unique soul food. In 2020 during COvid-19 she was So bored in GA she went traveling (you read right) and moved back to France. Her habitat was smaller then, she had to be more modest and create smaller pieces of art. That is when motivated by women struggles she began playing with modeling paste and creating haut-relief sculptures describing what it is to be a woman nowadays. Enjoy!!
