Claudio Notturni was born in 1953 in Ravenna where he lives and works as a graphic designer. He began taking photographs in 1975 after having purchased a Zenith camera in Rome at the Porta Portese market and then went on to a Pentax with Kodak Elite Chrome and Kodachrome 64 films and ended up with a digital camera for its greater convenience. Keen on travelling, he regularly collaborates with the Lonely Planet Guide
