Michael Seeger is a poet, writer, and educator residing in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs, California. Prior to his life as a middle school English instructor, he worked as a technical writer for a baseball card company and served as a Marine infantry officer during Desert Storm. Some of his recent poems, either published or included in print anthologies have appeared in the Lummox Press, Better Than Starbucks, and The Literary Hatchet.

Lost a bit of my comment somewhere . I lost both parents at 92.
I lost They were fortunate to have very caring 24 care. These angels still put flowers on my parents graves 5 years since their passing. All of us siblings miss them terribly but they had lived wonderfully productive lives, raising & educating 7 children . Their many friends had passed & none of us lived close . although my Dad would have liked to remain , my Mom was ready to join him. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't respect & love my memories of them. Michael, you had a much harder road to travel . You emotional opening of it to us makes us thankful . Thank YOU !
