The third enters as the clear winner. The other two can't compete with the calculated murdér of 99.9999999999999999999% of all living things on Earth in a single flood.

For as much as people talk about Paris, I have to say that my last trip to the city was lovely. I speak French poorly, but each time I began a conversation in French, the person I spoke with (probably humoring me) continued the conversation in French and was cordial and helpful. I have never encountered a Parisian who smelled or any dog droppings on the street. Sure, more people in Paris smoke than in the US, but I never found it intrusive in any way. Mass transit was simple and we used it several times per day. Restaurants were welcoming as wells as shops, and we had a lovely time - spent mainly at museums and cafes. With all that being said, is Paris one of my favourite European capitals? Not really - other cities are more my style - I lived in London for 10 years, I love Barcelona, and I could move to Florence tomorrow if someone offered me a job. It's all about expectations, I think.
