I don't understand why someone down voted you. As Muslims we should not split into groups, we shall follow Quran and Sunnah, as humans we have different thinking than each other, no one should judge how one thinks that a way of engaging in an event is more appropriate than other. We should respect each other even though we think it's wrong, there's always to sides to a coin.

I've Photographed Women's Bodies To Show Them That Their "Complexes" Are Beautiful

It's not what people see objectively, it's what they see within themselves. You sound jealous. Let's hope these sensitive women shall receive the jealousy as a compliment.

You're right, the words were poorly chosen to define my photos, these feelings and this project. I'll be careful next time to avoid misunderstandings. I understand what you say in your first comment! Thank you for taking the time to explain why this may be misunderstood. And thank you for the compliment related to the photo. :)

I understand your opinion. Yet you judge these women without knowing them. You think their bodies are pretty, and I agree with you. But they don't feel that way. They're each their own tromatism of acceptance or identity. These photos are meant to show them that their bodies are valued and pretty. Don't worry, I plan to extend my projects to more bodies.
