Ina, thank you for the comment, adoption process happens not in the application itself, you just find the pet you like and get the shelter contacts, so to adopt a dog or other pet you have to go to a certain shelter. All shelters has rules and procedures for the adoption, it is also always finished with legal contract with the responsibilities to the new owner or caregiver. Our mentorship program gives some additional support for new owners to make sure they are able to give a proper care to the newly adopted pets.
