yes, maybe this is not racist. It's just intolerant and stupid
I'm french and proud of my non-racist country, despite of the fact that we had some terrorist attempts most of us are non-islamophobic. Islam is not the enemy, crazy people are!

As a photographer who regularly uses glow sticks I would guess he had something ready to catch the glow sticks as not to litter or damage the environment. Cool idea provided the photographer took precautions!
Quite an interesting but rather negative subject matter, shame they are poorly exposed images.
