You aren't trying to "motivate" them to be healthier-- you are simply saying, we'd feel more comfortable with you if you looked like this. Further more, jesus effin christ, those photo-shopped images are so unrealistic-- NO woman alive is going to have that tiny waist and huge breast naturally-- especially not if they lose that much weight.
