ok, so this is what I found: its probably not a cannon, as it seems too small. it's unlikely to be a tractor's front wheels, as it doesn't appear to have the ability to steer. The closest I found was a John Deere farm wagon that appeared to have the same style of wheel. As it required me to have Pinterest to investigate further, I will link the picture and you can determine if its what you're looking for.
