I could always use a hug... Crippling depression, anxiety, ptsd, and others are awful to deal with.
Trust me, you definitely aren't alone. I'm a mental hot mess.

To answer your question and nothing else, I (the photographer) am trying to help people see that they are not alone. The people in the photos and their stories are not stereotypes - but real life experiences.
