These were all amazingly done-- you have a real gift with colour. Thank you for also sharing the history behind the photographs and bringing these people's stories to life. (Everybody dressed so beautifully/handsomely then. )

Thank you, and no here's no way to tell, only to work out how dark a shade it is based on the shade of grey. It's a mixture of research from reference paintings and costume books, and artistic license. Tom
