"Never Come Back To My Restaurant": Chef Bans Rude Restaurant Patrons And Gives $1,350 Bill To 22 Y.O. Employee They Disrespected

I was at a local restaurant and watched as an old man of about 80 gave a hug to a waitress then proceeded to let his hand wander down and grab her butt. I protested to the manager who said "Oh..the girls let him do it because he tips them 60 bucks every time." I looked at him shocked. I said "You shouldn't let him do it. Where will you draw the line. When he tries to put a hand down their pants or pull their shirt off in front of everyone? How do you know you are not encouraging him to do this to other women at other restaurants? It shouldn't be allowed." After leaving the restaurant, I messaged the owner and told him what was going on. Not sure if anything came of it, but I didn't go back.
