They renovated bathrooms at my workplace and new stall doors actually did lock by themselves! When someone closes the doors behind them, the bump would occasionally cause the locking pin to fall right into the slit and voila!

My daughter and I were in heavy stop-and-go traffic one day, and had been for an hour. This guy drives up the breakdown lane, motioning for drivers in my lane to let him in. We all refused. He kept going...and was pulled over by the cop waiting for someone just like this guy. We all honked as we passed him.
