We had a similar thing in our house but by no means as interesting as this. We have 14 cats & any one of them at no particular time would sit by a certain area of our living room wall & just stare at it. When our exterminator company was due for the next visit I mentioned it to them. They looked around & saw that there was bat dung around the site so they did what they do & we had the area walled in so the bats would find another place to wall up pardon the pun. We always listen to our cats when it comes to anything unexplainable because it's their home as well & they're all so protective of their family & the house. So anytime there's anything that's amiss we pay attention to the boys instincts & follow their lead. What an amazing story about your handsome Abyssinian being diligent about the wall.
