For some unknown reason, the most INTENSE HATE-DEBATE is generated from Hot Weather related comments. This topic reveals emotionally irrational people (who might otherwise be “normal”?). Michelle C: Nothing wrong with this, in fact, I'd describe it as the minimum for being a manager. ... Nobody should be placed on a pedestal (and have a giant article written about them) for this type of interaction -- unless the vast majority are so much sh*ttier by comparison.
Ross: If you haven't worked in a school and don't know what is going on, you shouldn't comment .... T.O.Bruno clearly described part of a *typical* workday (doesn't mention the emotional toll and 16 hours of overtime put in during each school week).
