Exactly. It was only a thumbnail meant to help with engagement, and he's shooting ballistic gel covered by the t-shirts. He does wear the shirts in a bit, but he's not actually getting shot.
In the video, he put t-shirts over a piece of ballistic gel, meant to simulate the same density of human flesh, muscle, and fat. He's only wearing the t-shirts for a bit, but likely has one of his buddy's helping him remove them.

I wouldn't exactly call someone that writes prompts in to an AI generator an 'artist.'
AI, of course. From the "artist's" website: "I then add few generative fill layers(AI based) then I add few painting style layers, some texture layers, and I adjust everything on the drawing tablet."
