You didn't provide enough information, so I have no idea what age group you are in, what your personality is like, or what horrible things they do. I'll assume you are somewhere in the range of 13-16, probably the hardest years. As a first guess, I imagine they perceive you as 'different' and have no idea what to make of it. Kids that age are trying to convince themselves they are more grown-up than they really are, and one way to do that is to try to fit in to a group. If they fit in, they feel safer from ridicule. It's not until later that most people realize they don't have to fit into groups. The best advice I can give is to find something you are good at, so that others can be impressed. For example, can you play a guitar? Can you make really good paintings? That short-circuits the 'group' mentality.
