That's such a weird thing to ask!! NTA in my opinion. The only thing I'm confused about is the fact he ist now homeless. Did you buy your house togheter or did you pay for it alone? I don't find it right to leave him homeless if he paid for a part of the house.
He's obviously an idiot, but I don't See the need to bodyshame him for being skinny. No one would make fun of his legs if he was fat.

My cat is a sphynx, and it's just disappointing to see how many ignorants are here in the comment section! How can you call them a "perversion"? There's nothing cruel in this breed, because it's just a natural genetic mutation, not induced by humans. The fact that these cats are looking kinda weird, doesn't mean they're ill, or suffering. The quality of life of a sphynx cat is just the same of a hairy cat: they eat, sleep, play and get all the love they deserve. No health issues, no suffering. These cats can be without whiskers, it's not a cruel human choice to breed them without (as some idiot wrote in the comments). Having a sphynx means to have to wash your cat (not a problem at all), and to have a lot of warm spots in your house (again, not a problem). I really don't get what your problem is, but sphynx cats don't have any

Yes they need protection from the sun and the skin needs to be moisturizer.
