Art shouldn't be entertaining only. Art is supposed to provoke an emotional reaction, regardless of it being negative or positive. I think this article did its job.
It's a tradition, you don't have to approve it. I get it's disgusting and morbid or whatever but that makes it interesting. You don't have to like it, no problem. It stays all together
