Live within your means. Doesn't matter your race or creed. You may be able to afford a luxury car, but don't go buying one if you can't afford gas.

The point of paying servers decent wages on par with their supposed/advertised level of service is to showcase that the cost of a meal item should reflect how much it costs to prepare them and how much is going to pay the wages of their employees. People are already paying for the cost of preparing the food, why must they pay for the wages of their employees too? How much do corporate restaurants keep in their pockets from earnings from each food item served and how much do they put into their employees' salaries and ongoing training? If they can pay them $25/hr, then tipping at 20% should be proper and it shouldn't need to be taxed. Except it is taxed, and the corporate bosses only have to pay their wages to make up for their minimum because the rest they make through tips.

She is a beautiful soul, her husband is lucky to have a wonderful woman by his side. Most people would go berserk over a dirty stray dog "ruining" the bride's veil, but she let him stay. May their marriage be long and happy.
Ugh that's even worse. Breeders are horrible. So many dogs die in shelters, and they keep mass producing them for the $$$$

Don't understand people's first reaction to calling names. Haven't you even done something stupid, so stupid you looked around to see if someone saw it. Of course you have, even if you don't admit it, you have. Be kind, it comes back to you. At least the universe has kindness in it instead of hate.
She has a job, which means at least a work visa and paying same taxes as you. She also lives here, so spent at least some locally. Idiot

Obviously she is not a citizen, according to her post. Citizens are NOT the only ones who can make contributions to society. She doesn't have to give up her rich culture and ancestry that are descendants of the ancient Mesopotamians to pay her American taxes. DUH!

They are not nail polish. They are nail caps. Protective covers in case the cat scratches, and they come in different colours too, very fashionable!

Hope the kittens were adopted from a shelter!
I am so disappointed in the negative comments. Everyone's life and story is different, the take home message is that they are reporting a difference in this child....so why not celebrate it! That is what is most important. Thank you continuing to update us on this little help to send her family.
