Thank you, Mrs. Lee, for posting these wonderful photos, and also for including one of the three of you on a clearly gorgeous hike. We adopt cats rather than dogs and absolutely agree with you, just because someone isn’t looking their best or may be a bit standoffish because of their background trauma, if you can be cool with giving them their space and letting them come around at their own speed, a real love connection can (and often does) emerge eventually. Kudos for being Toby’s puppy parents.
