If you actually want them to change their ways why use the broad generalization in the first place? It is divisive. Every time I hear this gripe about someone saying, "not all men" it's always used in response to someone justifying a stereotype. Do you actually want it to change or do you just want someone to scapegoat? I correct men AND women on sexist comments all the time so that's what you want to happen right? but I still have to be associated with the bad ones because of my s*x? STFU! "Not all men."

Glad for the progress on this one, but it's still spoken with biases, which is the root of the problem.

It's disgusting and sad at the same moment that the only way to minimize the damage caused by some dudes' fragile male ego is to redirect their panic over their fragile male ego towards something less harmful. "A real man does this or that"' oh for fvcks sake just act like decent human beings and get over yourselves.

Those stupid liberals, always wanting equal rights for everyone and for children not to be torn away from their parents!
