seriously, please research before you self-diagnose. i have POTS and I think a lot of people underestimate how hard it is to live with, even as someone who has it on the milder side. nobody talks about how much of a mindf*ck it is before you find out -- I spent years being told (and internalising) that I was just lazy, when in reality it was because exercise is twice as uncomfortable and twice as difficult for me. my 100% effort looks like your average person's 50-60% not-really-trying level most of the time, because my heart jumps to crazy speeds and low oxygen uptake means i have to breathe more to get the same amount of oxygen as well. you spend so much of your life fatigued, nauseous, low energy, or in pain.

probably something to do with instagram filters? not sure

Owning a farm. Some people seem to think it'll be all baking cakes and frolicking about fields in designer wellys. In reality it's getting up at 4am in the freezing cold to start work, cleaning animal faeces, horrible smells and struggling to make ends meet.

There was a movie about her, good girl.
