Always a valid option.
Twenty or thirty years from now, at 3 a.m. you will awaken and think "Drat, I should have said something else". Then you get up to read the latest BORED PANDA while eating another early regret (er ... breakfast).

Anyone having this conversation with a lawyer is an absolute idiot. Your lawyer will charge for each message, and each minute. In the end, it won't matter to them if you are racking up their time with your stupidity. They will be making money.
