Hi! As a Christian myself, there aren't any 'rules' or 'guidelines' for body hair or things like that. Almost all religions have some suggestion or guideline for how people might cover their bodies. You might be exaggerating, however, I cannot tell. In some Middle Eastern countries, women are not allowed to be in public without full body coverage, such as a burqa or niqab. Also, as a young woman, I see such pressure to look a certain way from society, which is made up of many religions. I hope I could help.
