If everyone thinks you're weak, they'll often ignore or underestimate you, both of which can be used to your own advantage.

I already have both problems, so...

My Orange Boi is named His Royal Fuzziness, Samson Chester Marmalade Nimitz, which I only use when either I'm introducing him to someone or he's severely up Chocolate Creek without Popsicle Sticks.

Phantasm, and I'm moving to Alaska with a "winter" job in Antarctica, cuz that 🐟 💩 hates the cold.

Only surgery I can think of that would cost that much is prototype cybernetic, in which case, it's experimental, meaning the company should be paying all associated costs, follow-up care, AND paying her to participate!

Regardless of the question, if they're old enough to ask it, they're old enough to know the facts of what they're asking about. I was 6 when I got the "birds and bees" speech cuz one of my aunts was pregnant and I asked how.

It's a common problem with today's population, either too lazy or too ignorant to not know the difference between homophones (words with different spellings and meanings that have the same or very close pronunciation). It's also a very common problem with talk-to-text software.
