Originally from Kings Mountain, North Carolina, I attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, School of Visual Arts/Savannah and earned my B.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts from San Francisco Art Institute in 1999. With a father as a veterinarian and an artist mother, my affinity for animals and art began when I was in pre-school. I explore many mediums including film and mixed media, but painting is my true love.

the bird's eye view is where its at! Stunning!
oh yeah, love the movement in this one. The rhythm and the direction of the fields juxtaposed to the neighborhood is wonderful.
