The ancient Greeks called constellations 'katasterismoi' meaning 'placings of the stars/placed by the gods'. I was super inspired by this line and felt it would be nice to illustrate some of my star catcher girls (girls personifying celestial objects) as part of this story, up in the clouds picking and choosing which stars go where.
Not sure how long it took me, maybe 6 hours with ink on paper and finished digitally. It felt so good drawing this - it's been a while since I've finished something.
