My fiancé Nick and I have been together for 6 years, got engaged a year ago and when it came time to come up with ideas for our engagement pics, well I knew we couldn't go the normal route.
I am the producer for Tim Tadder, an insanely incredible advertising photographer and Nick is a Marketing Manager for a tech firm who loves Arnold Schwarzenegger. We both love to dress up and be ridiculous and silly, I knew I would have access to Tim as our photographer, and an insane wardrobe stylist and hair and makeup artist so what came next...
Well you come up with the idea to dress up as Conan the Barbarian and Xena the Warrior Princess for your engagement photos.
So if anyone out there that is seeing this and doesn't either laugh or smile, well then we didn't do our job properly. I hope these images bring joy and light to your lives whether you're having an amazing year and excited for the next or you just need a good old laugh to distract you from any hardships life has brought on you.
Life is too short not to spend it with the ones you love and deserve and to take a moment, open your eyes and appreciate how blessed we are to be here.
