My name is Adam, I'm 33, I'm from Warsaw and I've been living in Berlin for 10 years. For as long as I can remember I've been suffering from depression, lack of self-awareness, and panic attacks. Half a year ago I started an Instagram profile where I post my comics. My protagonist is Depression Chicken, a cute little bird that is an embodiment of my feelings. Because I discovered that through my art I can better convey how I feel. Can you relate to that?
