Hello! I started my web comic "megamediocre.com" because humanity hasn’t caved in on itself yet and we’re all still here. It’s either this or drinking the liquid cleaners under my kitchen sink for fun.
Also, I’m still far from retirement & officially decree it’s too exhausting pole-vaulting up the career ladder (or any other occupational scaffolding) aiming for zillion dollar raises & diamond-encrusted high-fives, but instead getting all the flaming piles of doodoo on your plate.
As great as it sounds to work on 27 other people’s crap at 11PM while glugging a room-temp can of tomato soup concentrate for sustenance and crying near the printer, I think I’ll just set that bar a little lower for me now b/c my internal Rolodex of stress doesn’t need more content.
Thus, rather than grinding myself down to a weird little nubbin of a tired human person, I think I’ll aim for somewhere in the middle and work on my mediocre web comic about my daily mediocre life instead. I shall be gloriously mediocre. No wait, I shall be MEGA MEDIOCRE…and you can be MEGA MEDIOCRE too!
