Never had turkey for Christmas it was always ham or beef so ham

In Spain (or my region at least) traditionally we eat either lamb or cocido (a stew derived of the moroccan tajin). I love both but i guess that i would choose lamb as i eat it less often.

I usually eat Greek food on Christmas eve. So lamb, pastitsio, saganaki, spinach pie.
