Las Vegas-based pastry chef Amaury Guichon (previously here) sculpts chocolate like it was clay. One of his latest cocoa masterpiece was a life-size nautilus. Although the lifespan of these marine molluscs may exceed 20 years, Amaury's 100% chocolate sculptures don't stand a chance to live longer than 20 seconds if I was around them! Finally, seafood I can get behind.
