Hi! I`m Yana and together with Lozhka project make cool illustrations of delicious recipes.
Lozhka is a part of my soul, a project which was created with a love of cooking. I check all recipes that I publish in the project and you, my dear reader, can be sure that is so yummy and want to come to us again.

INGREDIENTS: 5 eggs 125 g sugar 125 gr flour 1 tbsp cocoa 200 gr condensed milk 200 g butter 50 gr cocoa 10 g of oil 75 g sugar 75 ml of water 20 ml brandy

Beat the eggs together with sugar, sift the flour and cocoa there, and mix them together. Divide the batter between molds and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Beat softened butter with condensed milk and add oil with cocoa. Mix this ingredients well and set aside.

For impregnation, mix water with brandy and sugar, boil it until all the sugar has dissolved. Cool the cake and cut it into 3 parts, and each of them impregnated with brandy syrup. On a cake stand, or plate, layer the cake up with the condensed milk cream, leaving the top plain.
