I'm a professional stop motion Sculptor/ModelMaker in between movies and decided to have some fun with some childhood pals.
I was never a comic book guy, but when I was a kid, Calvin and Hobbes totally hooked me. I bought my first C&H book (Yukon Ho) with money I earned from my paper route and subsequently read and re-read it until I had to get more, eventually collecting them all.
As an adult, I happened to find all my books in an old storage box at just the right time to share with my son, who also fell in love with them.
There is something so timeless and beautiful about these characters, their friendship and their humor.
Every now and again, it is a total joy to indulge in a bit of childhood nostalgia:)
