Not For Sale Ale is a beer that fights slavery. It invests 100% of profits in the 48 million people still living in modern-day slavery, educates the public, and creates jobs in regions where few economic opportunities lead to increased risk of human trafficking.
The company was founded by a friend - Ulf Stenerhag. He created the project as a way to show his work colleagues that business can be used to create good in the world. It was only supposed to be a small project but the newspapers and media were all over it and even the Swedish royalty tried the beer so they kept it going.
Now Not For Sale Ale is produced in Sweden, the Netherlands, Uganda and the United States, in partnership with some of the best craft breweries in the world. To scale their impact, and with the support of us at Impact Hub Stockholm, they are building a global brand and creating a global distribution network.
