One of my favourite tattoo artists ever is Pavel Roch. He is 27, from Russia and is extremely talented. The tattoos he makes have vibrant colours and depth; they are beautifully done to the last detail. Seems like Roch is creating paintings, rather than tattoos, and each one of them tells a story that leaves you spellbound.
