I was amazed by the capabilities of new neural networks for improving images and videos.
This algorithms can interpolate frames, upscale videos to 4K or even automatically colorize b&w videos, thus giving old films a "nowadays" look and helping us connect and feel next to our ancestors.
In these hard times, this makes me think on how the human being remains the same throughout time and in different countries and makes me feel identified with their hardships, including pandemics.
