Now we are seeking a proactive full-stack PHP Developer to join our panda team in Vilnius and to build, expand and enhance IT platforms whilst pushing innovation to the next level to keep Bored Panda as one of the leading media channels in the world!
Responsibilities:
- You will be creating various tools for the Bored Panda analytics and data teams;
- You will be developing IT infrastructure (microservice-based architecture, big databases, events tracking, etc.);
- You will be developing boredpanda.com website functionality;
- You will be communicating with other Bored Panda departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a developer;
- Significant experience working with PHP;
- Professional experience with MySQL;
- Understanding of OO principles and good code design;
- Experience in building highly scalable systems;
- Understanding of Git workflow.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with AWS;
- Experience in Python, Node.js;
- Experience working with Laravel/Symfony framework;
- Deep understanding of Wordpress CMS;
- Experience with Vue.js.
