7 to 1 Photography are Pet Photographers based in Perth, Western Australia (WA). They've been on location for several weeks at the Perth Domestic Terminal with the WA Quarantine Detector Dog Unit.
Photographing individual dogs in action, with the help of their handlers, Louise and Lexy - capturing images of the team of 6 dogs who keep WA's borders safe from the importation of pests, honey, and potentially infected fruit. Watching these dogs and their enthusiasm for what they do, and their obvious connection with their handlers has reiterated for Kelly and Sam Pilgrim-Byrne that 'dogs with jobs' are some of the happiest and most fulfilled canines around :)
