Bonnie Blue has welcomed her first baby, but the unexpected location of the birth made the announcement even more jaw-dropping.
The 27-year-old adult content creator gave birth via C-section at the same maternity ward where Kate Middleton welcomed all three of her children.

Bonnie Blue’s baby reportedly arrived almost two months before her due date
Bonnie Blue had previously said she was due to give birth in November, after claiming she conceived during her controversial “breeding event.”
The event took place in February this year, when she claimed to have had unprotected intimate relations with around 400 men.
The popular adult content creator, however, gave birth on Sunday, August 30, raising questions about whether the baby arrived prematurely if her previously reported due date was accurate.
She first revealed the news in a remarkably casual hospital video, telling followers, “The baby’s here,” before explaining that she had undergone a C-section and that the child was “super, super healthy.”
Rather than offering a proper maternity announcement, Blue filmed herself sitting on a hospital toilet, eating buttered toast and drinking Pepsi while waiting for a post-surgery laxative to work.
The unusual announcement was followed by a more sentimental Instagram montage documenting her pregnancy, ending with footage of her cradling her newborn.
She captioned it, “and then there were 1058 of us,” a reference to her infamous “1,000 men” stunt.
The baby's face was blurred in the footage, and Bonnie has not publicly revealed the child's name or gender.
The biggest surprise, however, was not necessarily the birth itself, but the maternity ward Blue chose.
She gave birth at the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London, which has become synonymous with royal births.
Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis there, while Princess Diana also welcomed Prince William and Prince Harry at the same facility.
As a result, the location has become one of the most recognizable maternity wards in Britain.

It is a private maternity facility offering consultant-led care, dedicated midwives, private en-suite rooms, and access to specialist neonatal services.
Patients can also receive meals prepared to order, while partners can stay with them depending on the accommodation package.
And the experience comes with a sizeable bill.
The Lindo Wing’s published prices list a consultant-led C-section package at £9,300 (roughly $12,588), although additional costs may apply.
More expensive rooms and additional services can push the overall bill higher.
Bonnie has previously praised the private healthcare experience, describing the facility as being more like a hotel than a traditional hospital and encouraging people who can afford private care to consider it.
Blue’s pregnancy first attracted enormous attention after she claimed she conceived during the February event involving hundreds of men.
She later sparked another wave of confusion when she admitted that footage suggesting she was pregnant had been part of a “rage bait” stunt.

Bonnie later told Metro, “There are some parts I’m not going to mention, but I’m not worried. I can say everything is fine, there are no risks and no one is bothered about what I’m getting up to. The public might, but in terms of authorities, I’m fine.”
Then, just days before her birth, she hosted another provocative event dubbed “stretch me out,” again turning her pregnancy into adult content.

“I’ve been documenting my body on Fansly with full body inspections, including downstairs and revealing my scar,” she told the publication. “I enjoy working, and I don’t want to take time off.”
At the same time, she appears to be drawing a boundary around her newborn.
Bonnie has blurred the baby's face in the images she has shared and said she does not intend to post pictures of the child online.
She has also spoken about taking additional precautions due to the intense attention on her, including plans to use private flights when traveling with the baby.
