Sections of the ‘Rainbow Warrior 1’ print will appear in six huge pieces across six locations in Peckham between November third and December second; by following the trail, photographing and uploading all pieces of the puzzle, they can enter a competition to win a print of the powerful piece for themselves. Limited editions will also be available to purchase.
‘The Rainbow Warrior’ series is inspired by an ancient prophecy from the Native Americans which reads; ‘there will come a time when the Earth is sick and the animals and plants begin to die. The indigenous peoples spirit and knowledge will be recognised by the western peoples and a tribe of all nations, colours and beliefs will join together to save what is sacred on the Earth. They will be known as the warriors of the rainbow’.
Soul’D credits Peckham’s palpable creative buzz as fuel for her art and hopes that the diverse and passionate community will get behind her latest project - recognise and seize the power we all have to save our planet before it is too late.
