It all started when I was asked by my professor to create a proposal for a stage design for an event that was scheduled. I spent the whole night just staring at a blank sheet of paper not knowing how to draw that idea that I had in my head for the next days presentation. Hours went by and I decided to grab some cardboard some fabric and the wires that has been lying around in my Jewelry crafter dad’s workshop. I ended up making a detailed model of that stage design.
Later on, I realized how those metal wires has become one of my favorite material to use when I need to create something. I just love how flexible they are, you could almost create whatever shape you want. You just need to let your imagination play.
I started developing my own techniques, from weaving to creating some random organic shapes and more.
While I am on my creating zone, I always find myself getting into a trance. Addicting at some point I sometimes ended up forgetting a meal or not noticing that my fingers are already bleeding.
It has become my meditation.
