In the north eastern part of Bangladesh which has wetland ecosystem is called Haor. It is very remote area but full of natural beauty. Every year 7 -8 months this land area remain under water. A large number of population live this area. They have only 4-5 months for cultivation. Usually they cultivate rice. Fishing is their another livelihood.
